A degenerate North-West corner allocation, verified by direct cost computation

A dairy firm has three plants P1,P2,P3P_1,P_2,P_3 located in a state. They daily milk production at each plant (in thousand litres) is P1→6,P2→1,P3→10P_1\to6, P_2\to1, P_3\to10. Each day, the firm must fulfil the needs of its four distribution centers D1,D2,D3,D4D_1,D_2,D_3,D_4. The minimum requirement at each center (in thousand litres) is D1→7, D2→5,D3→3,D4→2D_1\to7,\ D_2\to5, D_3\to3, D_4\to2. Cost in hundred of rupees of shipping one thousand litres from each plant to each distribution center is given by the table with rows P1=(2,3,11,7)P_1=(2,3,11,7), P2=(1,0,6,1)P_2=(1,0,6,1), P3=(5,8,15,9)P_3=(5,8,15,9). Then the initial basic feasible solution by North-West Corner method is:
